Why we exist

Our Mission

“To empower Filipino young professionals in Austin by providing a platform for growth, cultural connection, and community impact.”

Founded in 2015, FYP ATX started as a small gathering of Filipino-American professionals looking for community in the fast-growing city of Austin.

Today, we are a thriving non-profit organization that serves as a bridge between professional development and cultural heritage. We believe that by supporting each other, we can make a lasting impact on the city we call home.
