In honor of Filipino American History Month, our goal is to create a marketplace that amplifies and celebrates the growing Filipino community here in Central Texas by championing our culture through small businesses owned by our fellow Kababayan. We aim to provide a well-curated space, displaying the talents of our community through food, art, music, and community organizations in hopes of spreading awareness of Filipino culture to the greater Austin area. Thank you for taking an interest in becoming a Vendor/Sponsor/Community Organization for FYP ATX's 4th Annual Filipino Day Market on October 26, 2026 from 12-5PM (CT) at Austin Beer Works - Sprinkle Valley 10300 Springdale Rd, Austin TX 78754. Please review carefully the details and complete the below form to sign-up to be our Vendor/Community Org/Sponsor. Section 1. Vendor/Sponsor/Community Org Acknowledgment and Release Vendor Summary: Vendors will be provided a 10x10 Space Vendors are responsible for their own equipment. Please bring a table, chairs, tent, and weights. Vendors can begin setup at 10AM (CT). Breakdown is between 5-6PM (CT) at the end of the event. Vendors are responsible for collecting/paying appropriate sales tax if applicable. Food Vendors, by agreeing to participate you acknowledge you have all required licenses and meet all regulations to participate at the event. Baked Goods must follow Cottage Food Laws and Licensing. Hot Food and Beverage Vendors will need to complete City of Austin Temporary Food Event Application - Booth Responsible Party Identification (to be emailed at confirmation) and meet requirements as outlined in the following guides: How to Setup a Temporary Food Booth and Temporary Food Setup Guide. To encourage early sign-ups, we've established deadlines leading up to the event, accompanied by incremental fee increases. Register early to secure the best discounted rate! Cost for each 10x10 Space: Submit application by July 31, 2026: $50.00 Vendor Fee Submit application by August 31, 2026: $65.00 Vendor Fee Submit application by October 1, 2026: $75.00 Vendor Fee Cost for Food Trucks: Submit application by July 31, 2026: $150.00 Food Truck Fee Submit application by August 31, 2026: $175.00 Food Truck Fee Submit application by October 1, 2026: $200.00 Food Truck Fee Community Organization Collaboration FYP ATX is excited to welcome community organizations to collaborate with us at this year’s Filipino Day Market! Community collaboration is a vital part of what makes this event meaningful and successful. As the Filipino Day Market is entirely run by volunteers, we deeply value the support of partners like you. We are offering a free tabling opportunity for community organizations to share their work, connect with attendees, and celebrate with us. In return, we kindly ask that each participating organization provides at least one volunteer to support day-of-event activities. If your organization is interested, please complete the sign-up form and select “Community Organization” to submit your details. Sponsor If you’re unable to join us as a vendor on the day of the Filipino Day Market but would still like to support the event, we welcome you to consider becoming a sponsor! Sponsorship is a great way to show your support for the Filipino and greater Austin community, while also helping us create a vibrant and successful event. Sponsors help us cover essential event costs, support featured programming like our cultural performances, interactive spaces, and help ensure that this event remains free and accessible to the public. Confirmation Process Applicants will be notified of participation within 10 days of application submission via email and details on next steps will be provided.
